Hecarim's Ultimate

Recently, I played a game as Hecarim, and found that his Ultimate wasn't working. It did move in the direction I wanted to move it in, but it never feared the enemy. It was as if only wind was brushing through them with no effect.

If possible, please fix this ASAP.

Hec ultimate has two parts: the damage comes from the holograms that hec summons and the fear comes from hecarim himself. The damage will continue its path no matter what but the fear will only apply to champs near where hecarim stops charging.
