I cant still belive that I got 3 perma bans and this kids who feeds all game and having 2/12 like @fromdawntawn don't get ban. I don't get it really riot!

Except he didnt int.

He warded decently, actually bought items, had a decent cs (in comparison to the rest of the team) and only had 3 forward deaths. At 16 mins he helped you contest an infernal drake. Inters dont go for objectives. The guy is also bronze 5 so its more likely he is just balls at the game (and you know how it goes in low elo when people play lee sin)

On Side note though, naming and shaming is a huge no go though.

No - being banned from game and being banned from boards are two seperately handled things and don't influence each other.

Permabanned account owners are generally allowed to create new accounts to start fresh on the new account, rather than being banned on sight which is the punishment level up from a permaban, aka an ID ban. Very few people have ID bans, and even those can eventually get downgraded after sufficient reform period (e.g. T1).

Naming&Shaming is a serious harassment that can ban you on boards.

You can't get banned for having a bad game? And btw, I looked up the game you were talking about. That was in Ranked Flex. The matchmaking overall is out of wack. I'm in Bronze and I've played against solo queue Plat players in Flex lol. He's Bronze 5 in solo queue and you're Silver 4. See the difference?
