Dear Riot and Community

First of all i'm sorry about my language since it's not my native.

I'm playing this game over a year now and what bugs me most is about the "Ranked" system.

So here is the deal; I'm a low Div ranked player and i wont get any higher ever because of how Riot designed this game at its core. The teammates i'm getting are like this.

Game example 1: Playing 50min ranked game and spending some hard effort not to loose it and playing for the win until one of my teammates decides to farm rather then def the nexus and the game is lost. -People flame + blame

Game example 2: After we ace the enemy our jungler signals the baron and 3 of my teammates follow him while i simply charge on enemy open nexus and hitting it like crazy and enemy respawns back, they take me down while nexus stands with a few more hits(im leona support) and even from the start i ping on nexus like crazy but my team follows jungler to baron(you know for "extra LP maybe") and they get busted on baron + take the baron + we get aced they take our nexus and we get defeated.(like if only one more of my teammates followed me to nexus) Then my jungler says "report Leona" -People flame + blame

Game example 3: Our mid laner gives a big speech about not feeding and playing careful then he dies on LvL1 onto a Fizz mid with TF. He dies again on minute 3 and goes like this and even before the 10Min of the game he gave 6 flat kills on Fizz on mid making him scale even further and faster and even before the 20min of the game, we found our selfs getting burst down by Fizz and FF20. -People flame + blame

Game example 4: We make a nice start at bot lane really work as team. We get the farm we get the kills etc. Enemy team aware we are doing good then along with enemy mid lane + jungler + their bot lane start to rush on us, zone us and finally take our tower down, collect the bounties on us and literally camp us on bot lane while our jungler simply AFK jungling to stack his devourer and mid lane simply ignoring his team and wasting every opportunity on top lane and mostly on bot lane. Our team gets defeated around 27min because team is not willing to work together and simply joined the ranked game to sit and wait to get defeated.

So i guess we all get these type of games Right? And reporting those players under the heads of which Riot provided to us in the report system. But what bugs me is, nothing really changing but the face of the product itself. It's evolving getting more diversity on graphics and tactics but the people who is playing it. Riot is even cute enough to pull out a "The Summoners Code" Which i never heard a single time while i was playing the game. Not a single time. It speaks about Teamwork which i see rare in ranked game. Why ? If players will pull the plays i've write down in all four examples, then why riot even cared to put a LvL cap you must reach on Acc(which is LvL 30 and it takes around 300+ normal games to play around and learn even the basics of the game type and figure out how to win it) but the plays and the decisions of people i mostly play with are like "smurf" LoL players with LvL30 accounts that are figuring out the champs they are playing and making the most awful plays and decision i've ever seen so far. So put aside the teamwork we talking about here, you cant even talk with them on a mental and logical way because they be like "stfu".

The player feedback... Lets be honest, the game is great Lvl1-30 is a nice journey. Normal, ARAM, Dominion, Treeline BUT NOPE... Don't play ranked if you want to remember the game as a good time killer turn into a rage storm. Got friends in the game? invite them and play together but stay away from the ranked. I belive that why Riot changed the core of the champ pick system and giving you the option to play ranked with 5 premades is they simply got so frustrated of the reports they got stuck under. Like i pity the ones who are taking care of the system. Riot must be so tired of it that they made it public. But now i have to wait a year to play the lanes i pick as long as you simply tag support or fill and it will insta find the match because some of the things that the new pick system could not changed is people still hate to play support because they belive they can carry low divsion matches but they endup feeding(well im still happy to play support role)

The problem with this code is, only really few people understands what it means and its purpose but you don't have to follow it and if you don't you will loose %13 or something more games. Right ? NOPE. The game is more like trying to teach you the morals of how you gonna talk and behave because it's an e-sport and like all sport types you need to be a gentlemen. Well Riot failed big on this. After all, the majority of customers are immature and when you approach them with facts, they will tell you....Yeah..."stfu"

• Riot simply putting more and more content into the game to make you a happy customer but not a player or a Summoner.
• I personally don't want to see any more new content but some serious changes, especially on objective playing because if i'm loosing the game because my teammate wanted 16 gold more then it's broken.
• There is no point of LvLing the account since it has no effect of learning how game goes around even you play 1 or 1000 games because i saw a guy who had 615 Ranked games played this season already!!! and he was Silver V...Yup.. No joke.
• People literally abuse the report system because they don't know the Code. You don't act inside matters of which the Code points then you get reported. The code exists only because of e-sports sake, not to separate the noobs from smurfs or noobsmurfs or whatever....
• Be open minded and try to adapt new plays since the meta is changing fast like annie, velkoz, anivia support or even cait+jhin botlane because WHY NOT?! If you tagged ADC and Riot only allowed you to pick ADC class ONLY that would be wasting alot opportunity for game play sake. So stop calling people as TROLLS if they can think what you cant and after all your flamings that "troll" carry the match.
