An idea for a "TRAINING GROUNDS" mode.

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before so I'll just put out an idea I've been having and see what everyone else thinks.

It's really important for seasoned players and new players alike to get their CS, in fact getting CS is just about half the game. Many guides and players will tell you to practice. Which usually involves the player to create a custom game only for themselves, then practice CSing for about the first 10 minutes or so, and then having to reload if they want to continue, since you will have leveled past the point where it really matters in getting that initial CS (since after BF sword CSing gets extremely easy).

In Hero's of the Storm (HotS), there is a game mode where you can test any champion, owned or unowned, and you are able to control what level you are at any time, thus experimenting with the different builds and options for that champion.

Why is there no similar mode in LOL?

It should be in Howling Abyss, and you are able to control what level you are, and able to buy any gear you want. And you should be able to reset all of these conditions, and restarting the entire minion spawning, with the press of a button.

Players shouldn't have to load up a custom game, and then have to follow the same rules of gaining gold and buying items, when all they are doing is practicing, or experimenting with a new build.

You should also be able to add an enemy champion to the map, and also be able to decide their level, and what items they have at any time, and be able to reset this too.

It should be a mode that is processed client side only, so as to not burden the servers at all, if that's possible.

Am I asking for too much?

It's called sandbox mode by the community and many people have asked for it but riot has interesting ideas as to why they don't want it in their game even though the community does so there's no real point in discussing it.
