This is my first post and I'm wondering if there is a way to critique and suggest an improvement on an existing Champion without sounding whiny/toxic/etc. I have an Idea that could possibly help a Champion that is both too Powerful and Underwhelming at the same time (ie. prework Poppy
, prework Evelyn
, etc. )
How do I go about presenting this idea to have Riot take it seriously?
