Changeable Summoner Names!

Haven't played lol for around 5 years and don't agree with my name and like to change it. Xbox One you can change your name as many times till your xbox explodes. Don't think changeable names would be big deal as well it would allow people buying accounts from one another to change the name so doesn't seem like the sellers account still in a way forever. Plus some people have chosen some pretty bad inappropriate names instead of deleting their accounts delete there name and forced them to make a new appropriate name or better at least. Finally why would you not allow to ever change your name at all, is it so its easier on lol's server to not have around 31-22% of the people changing their names every other day or 2?
