How is this possible?

So.. The new Hextech System went live and i was so happy about it and etc.. i got 3 of my chest but not the forth (i am lazy) and i opened 2 of them and i have 2 key shards or whatever its called... and then it happened.. from the second box i got final boss veigar.. some of you will say: omg so cool skin why u so sad? thats why: seeing such a skin shard that can be unlocked is very good ... but if you are unable because of one stupid key shard is not good... i played almost 10 games with champions that i own and .. and i even didnt see a key shard throughout that time. what do we do ? i need a skin shard to disenchant to get my skin and this is horrible.,.

Stop complaining. Hexcrafting is free content. If it drops, it drops. Otherwise you gain nothing but also lose nothing. And they are supposed to be rare. Again, it is free content.

Bud, just keep at it. Soon enough the system will reset the drop chance (Each month based on when you first obtained an item). You'll get it eventually.
