What if Galio's E, was reworked as an engage. Something that would allow him to jump in, maybe do some AOE damage on impact? It would make him less dependent on flash to make those awesome ultimate plays. It could still leave behind a MS buff as an escape or for allies to follow up. Just a thought.
He's more of a disengage tank, if E was changed to have a slight knock up component, W was changed to give immunity to on hit effects, or they fixed his mana costs he would be in a better spot, E for more options with how to use the spell, W for synergy with his ult and the mana because his early mana cost's are pretty high.
Not all three though, then he would be crazy.
