I just played a game and was 15/3/12, 20 min. game with 99 cs. Why is this not an S- or better?

maybe not enough wards placed and a low vision score?

Well thank you all for commenting! I think I will make this my mission. I will focus on improving all possible areas of game play that I think might have an effect on rating. This seems like the right path.
