The REAL issue with league of legends.

Is the fact that riot doesn't have the infrastructure within the patch system to deal with it. The only way to properly balance the game would be for an immense sweeping change to go through and fix it all at once, without doing so would end up causing more issues than helping.

There are no small or simple changes that will do it, too many things have together created this netted mess that needs to be fixed.

and honestly the kind of change this would need to be would put any of the pre-season changes to absolute shame. But it is the only method I can see of actually bringing life and balance to this game.
