So this is the 6th game where I've played and there has been more than 1 PLat - Diamond player in my game and they totally steamroll us because we are ALL FUCKING SILVER.... I dunno if this happens to other people but its very frustrating and they need to fucking fix this shit and not give me this "Winrate" bullshit...........

Some people in silver have been matched against plats in ranked on boards. In the end I agree with you that you shouldn't be matched against diamonds etc in any game if you're not diamond etc.
Wimbledofy4 votesso basically diamond players should be screwed over if they want to play normals? The only reason they get placed against lower ranked players in norms is because it couldn't find them other players, or if they are grouped with low elo players.

Currently that MMR gap is too wide.
Yes, there were outliers with diamonds and such that were casually playing normals...but honestly, they weren't that difficult to fight in my experience. It was almost never a diamond steamrolling everyone else.
This season, the teams even in normals are straight up lopsided, and you often aren't even placed with people you belong with. Everyone's just all over the place.
Every other season was far more consistent than this one.
Guy Fox Teemo1 votesRanked MMR is completely seperate from Normals MMR. I get your frustrated but if it wasn't then that would throw the entire point of Ranked into the shit. Because Normals would be the exact same queue if it was....
The Diamonds MMR was probably a lot lower then that of their respect rank (You were also probably 3-5 man queueing which increases your MMR as well).
Hezy1 votesyeah it happens whenever I dynamic queue, but whenever I see their ranking in game they dont reflect our teams at all which is ridiculous and yeah it happens in ranked too
High51 votesSwearing was step 4 of 5 on my way to quitting. Matchmaking has always been awful in LoL. You just don't realize until you start watching a site like op.gg.
Riot's not going to or can't fix the problem. Either learn to love playing again or quit. I've done both. One made me happier.

The highest gap you'd ever get was a gold 3 vs a silver 3 or 4.
Before that was even more accurate because people actually got to see their MMR, and everyone was almost always within 100.
