So this is the 6th game where I've played and there has been more than 1 PLat - Diamond player in my game and they totally steamroll us because we are ALL FUCKING SILVER.... I dunno if this happens to other people but its very frustrating and they need to fucking fix this shit and not give me this "Winrate" bullshit...........
Was it ranked or normals? Realistically, there is no difference in frustration, but at least if it's normals you aren't losing LP. Some people in silver have been matched against plats in ranked on boards. In the end I agree with you that you shouldn't be matched against diamonds etc in any game if you're not diamond etc.
Ranked MMR is completely seperate from Normals MMR. I get your frustrated but if it wasn't then that would throw the entire point of Ranked into the shit. Because Normals would be the exact same queue if it was....
The Diamonds MMR was probably a lot lower then that of their respect rank (You were also probably 3-5 man queueing which increases your MMR as well).
Swearing was step 4 of 5 on my way to quitting. Matchmaking has always been awful in LoL. You just don't realize until you start watching a site like op.gg.
Riot's not going to or can't fix the problem. Either learn to love playing again or quit. I've done both. One made me happier.
why does this have so many upvotes? it's perfectly normal that a high elo player shows up in a normal game with lots of low elo players since ranked and normal mmr are seperate
