Riot you need to get a grip with your match making system, there is no way I should be repeatedly matched with multiple level 20's in my game. It is absolutely disgusting how frequent this happens and is a testament to the failure from to improve season to season.

A level 20 account has access to all runes and all champions they can afford, therefore you have just as big a chance to win.
3ofSpades1 votesThe old cap level cap was 30 to be considered an experienced player. A level 20 account is like a little puppy that's put in with the big boys in the cage. Not only do they have limited champions, they also have limited experience relative to everyone else which just degrades the quality of the game. If it is a smurf account that might be a different story.

As somebody who has a friend who is level 59, Silver 3 after placements, but still has a TON of things to learn about League, rage quits on ARURF (happened recently), doesn't know what kiting is, when to lane and leave lane, warding, objectives, itemization, etc. I would say levels doesn't matter that much because he's literally level 59 with a level 15 mindset. XD He even asked me "what's that orange bar on Kled?"
