Ranked LP -_-

Why is it that Riot dropped the ranked Queue from letting you go up really high when you win a ton of ranked games.... My friend won 8/10 of his Provisional's, he was then placed into Bronze V, my friend who was in Silver V (dropped from Silver IV just before....) Was placed into Bronze IV, and I was in Bronze II but am not finished yet, I have lost 2 of the prov's but I still have a way to go, but if I get placed any lower than Bronze IV (Trust me I would LOVE Bronze III) then I will be PISSED, because I have been waiting for a LONNGGG time for the new season so I can get out of ELO hell, and now that you guys changed it up it's going to be nearly impossible to at least maintain an even ranked tier, 10/10 would get me where? Bronze III rather than Bronze II? Not cool :/ A ton of my friends are pretty pissed off right now, please modify some of this? Thanks Rito
