YI IN 9.10

So will have a few adjustment in 9.10 I see. it all looks good but please don't change his ult. his new ult will have a 10 sec duration and +4 for every take down movement speed will go up but attack speed will do down. RIOT. just don't change the ult cuz it will be very good with the new skill adjustments. well that's what I think BTW. Q and W with no cast time will be a good life saver for yi players and the E nerf is ok to balance him out. I like that.
