Are these 2 custom skin programs ok with TOS (will u get banned for using them)???

Well my friend had some weird lookin LOL going on so i asked wtf and he is like M9 dem custom skins and im like i remember that its called MKLOL but isnt that restricted and he says nah, these 2 are ok with TOS, try them. So yea i dont wanna risk anything so lets ask this before doing anything

so the first one is called WOOXY and on their website they say PROGRAM IS OK WITH RIOT TOS but i figure out anyone could say that so pls tell me if Wooxy is ok

second one is called MobaSkins, also, dunno if its compatibile with LOL or anything so please tell me if MobaSkins is ok

sidenote im not using any of those programs yet so rito pls no ban :)

Edit: So.... Wooxy ok MobaSkins not ok, if im getting it right?

Technically its save as wooxy just replaces graphic in games that you see, does not give u an edge over other players ect. mobaskins is more likely to be ban bc they are taking away money from LOL but in a way unlocking all skins and ect. still Technically it save as it does apply by the TOS rules. Will have to wait untill next year and see if they change the TOS rules on these websites. most company dont care if u do these types of mods as it only change the graphics in game unless it is taking money away from them.

MKLOL has gotten people permabanned. They have the skins part, which is fine, but the software also includes some other features that were against the TOS. Since there was no way to distinguish between them, installing MKLOL basically means saying goodbye to any account that plays on that computer.

Wooxy is, to my knowledge, pretty safe. I've seen it brought up fairly regularly but no one banned for it.

Considering MobaSkins has a post on their front page about an auto leveling script I'd avoid it.
