What am I doing wrong? Dynamic que come back please.

Like i smash lane and I roam well but then I get like a bot lane who are bots and are throwing games on purpose, top laners who sell items when we're winning but haven't finished the game, and jgs who don't know how to build or control objectives. Like I don't know what more i could do in these games. My MMR is telling me That I'm below average and that I need to improve but how do i improve my teammates? Honestly they need to make Dynamic que a thing again. People in Flex don't take the game seriously and when you do 5 man stack you're put in games with Plats and Diamonds. Solo/Duo que is a joke at this point.
