Steeper penalty for dodgers!!!!!!!!!
It is getting ridiculous. I will get a lane that i can carry on and then someone dodges. Bam last pick, anyone else feel the same?

And I think we need to put harsher punishments for people like the other posters here who game the ranked system for elo they don't deserve through dodging.
Sometimes dodging for a minor LP loss is way better than sticking with a troll or stuck in your worst lane and guaranteeing the full LP loss from losing the match. Also, sometimes internet/Riot server/IRL issues get in the way; dodging is EXACTLY what you want to happen right then.
Look at this way: I'm near or above my actual skill level at the moment. If I am thrown into any role that I'm not used to, I'll be a significant hindrance to the team. The same goes for people at your level. If somebody can't do a certain role, and you force them to do that role, them dodging is the best outcome for your game. You probably can't carry them if they feed the whole game, right?
