I don't know if this is a good place to put this but I think we should be able to report people ingame or some other time because a lot of the time stats will not load or people forget. Just my thoughts want to see if others agree.

Plus a report in game could be instantaneous when they could correct their behavior and even apologize afterwards for overreacting, which has happened many times. I know I've done it as well.
In the pregame lobby yeah, I want to have a report option for all the "XXXX or feed" people. As well as the admitted trolls from the beginning.
Pheonixwish1 votesIt really only makes sense if the reports go after the game, as a "feeder" might get his act together and become a valuable asset, and a rager might calm down after a while. If justice is your ultimate goal (no Garen pun intended), to be honest, if they're continuing toxic behavior, one more report won't be too much of a factor.
