Nerf Irelia for the love of god.

Insanely Strong at farming: This fucking bitch q cost little to no mana then it gets refunded Insane Sustain: you max her "w" first your lifesteal per hit is doubled which is absolutly disgusting. Insane Damage: She is given more and more true damage per point in "W" the ONLY thing you can't counter build in the game, not armor or mr. More lifesteal: she hits 6 she can now lifesteal from far and if its on you its doubled :D.....and she can shoot it 4 times. Insane CC: If the target has higher % hp she can stun......i had 50% hp she still stuns me xD. Oh and at max the duratino is 2sec and her cooldown is 8sec LOL. You are given 6 seconds to run or somehow kill her.

She has no counter play. No one can 1v1 her early game, and if u can't bully her she just last hits with her q and freezes under her tower which is not hard what so ever since her q is always up as long as she gets the kill.

she counters all tanks, cuz they will always have more hp then her and she will ignore their armor with her true damage. If there was 1 champ that has a chance its fiora but you try predicting that stun, she can just walk up and aa but the next time she walks up you think she will aa instead stun. you have about .5 of a sec to react. so even fiora wouldn't have an easy time.

Her true damage needs to be nerfed and her e needs to be overall different. its too easy compared to other champs cc abilites, especially when its a stun. Requires no effort. Her q shouldn't be refunded, it only costs 50 mana.

Her W costs as well its stupid. All she does is press "w" and now has true damage. MAx level W is 13hp per hit give her %lifesteal and that be around 60-80 per hit.

Her e max level does 240damage + 50% of her ability power......costs 70 mana only morgana has a skill shot cc and its only a snare. and that shit costs 100.

She heals for 25% of the damage dealt against champions. Give Her a Blade of the ruined king which is 15% and she will heal more then u can deal.

Doesn't fall off at any point. Late game she is just completly unkillable. Give her GA and now you gotta kill her twice, she comes back with half hp her abilities probs off cooldown now, and she will just full heal in a few aa's.

Balance this broken champ. Her Kit Has everything. True damage, Lifesteal, CC, range damage and Can last hit easily with a 'q" that has no cooldown. Mana cost is 15 at tier 1. and she doesn't need to use it on each minion.
