How are global emotes not a thing yet?

I wanna give my buddy a happy Lux Thumbs up when he achieves a kill on topside even when I'm bot. Why not make the Champion Icon turn into emotes (for allies) when used. Or idk.. above the team icons (with all the champs) why don't you put a small version of the emote above that whenever someone uses an emote and it's visible for you.

I mean there are multiple ways to realize this feature, I'm just surprised it's not a thing yet.

Just imagine the emote spam when you achieve a Pentakill :D
