I am making this board to create discussion on how to improve this game from a ranked point of view. I am a low elo player and I realize that Bronze/Silver is hell for community but how can we change this? Please no bm here, the last thing this board designed for is for comments such as "carry yourself out of elo hell srub". I want riot to actually read something and here feed back instead of generic answers from riot support.

Another thing I would like to add to things to be reformed is punishment for afk and such. Personally I do not like players that go afk, I realize that people have a life outside this game, omg a shocker right. For example, I was duoing with a buddy and his dog had just got into some chocolate so he had to take him to the vet asap. He has a legit reason for leaving a game, not that any one in the game cares, all we hear in Silver/Bronze is troll, rager, the usual insults for an afker. I left as well because he needed a lift. Next day im in a ranked matchmaking and I take jungle because im number 2 pick. Everyone recognizes im jungle and then last pick decides to take jungle as well while I go get a drink. Game starts and he just trolls my jungle for my first clear. Seeing the game as a waste of time because after I go to base he runs straight to mid lanes turret and feeds a kill. Seeing a troll/feeder wasting my time I decide screw it games lost I'm going to minecraft. Next day I log in and I have low priority que, I know why I have it, but when people are such trolls and assholes it almost begs people to afk and rage. I mean for a moba this is one of the worst communities I have seen. I see that I get low priority from 2 afk games. Now if I rage for 10 games in a row nothing happens. I might get a calm down message from rito or a mute in game. But I can still troll while raging. From my point of view riot cares very little about verbal abuse, offensive language, and trolls. The only quick response is from afk which in my elo is usually because of d*cks and trolls. Atleast this is my experience and I hasn't changed in the year and a half I've played this game.
