Gameplay issues as of June 14, 2015

Riot, I am convinced that your servers are experiencing connection issues in my area. I am in Virginia, and the past couple of days I have suddenly been experiencing some crazy 1-2 second delay spikes in-game. The games start off ok, but when the team fights start to happen I am walking in circles like a headless chicken. I move a direction, my screen freezes, then the moves / abilities which I executed happen a solid 2 seconds later. No exaggeration, this is extreme lag. But, of course, I have to consider the possibility that my computer or ISP is the issue. I did quit mid-game to restart my computer and internet modem, and even run an internet speed test diagnostic, and it turns out that everything is running just fine on my end, but each time I'm in a game the issues magically reappear. Please understand that my ping and upload/download speeds have been sufficient while these issues have occurred for me the past couple of days, and furthermore realize that there seems to be issues on your end preventing me from have playable gaming experiences at the moment. I just want someone to become aware and look into it. Thank you.
