League Of Legends: Wild Rift

Here is the thing, Im from SEA Region but playing LOL since 2011 because back then there is no LOL server in my region yet.

My question here is.

If i signed up using this NA acc. Can i play it later in official Wild Rift that will be releasing in Asia server? I wish in the future the game will not be taken by Garena like the PC one. Sorry if i post in wrong discussion post.
