Can someone help me understand how i get punished for disconnecting from a game once for 10 minutes because of connection issues then come back to win the game, but when i get a game with someone who intentionaply feeds/afks in base and talks trash for the rest of the game they have no fear of any negative repurcussion. like i said i just want to understand.

me and rengar had a bug splat one game i got trolled outta top by a trand then mid and varus where toxic and abused me when i called them half asleep for jsut famring when the enmy mord went blue so im there thinking okay mid will come help with hi guy nope....
