how does the matchmaking system works?

i just want to know how does this matchmaking system works? i have more then 55% win rate in ranked games but i wonder why the hell i have to pair with 40% win rate ppl all day????? it is not fair when you have 4 40%+ win rate team mates against a enemy team which has 5 55%+ win rate players. please fix the stupid matchmaking system.

Because a 55% win rate in Silver is not necessarily better than a 45% win rate in Plat.

It doesn't matter what you did to reach your current MMR. You'll get matched with 9 other players of similar MMR.

The matchmaking system is alot of random and alot of luck.
