What champions do you believe deserve a rework the most (other than the obvious unplayable ones)

I just wanted to see the opinions of the community on what champs we all think need reworks, and not just cosmetic reworks( I'm talking Katarina to Fiora levels of rework you know just some changes to spells to make them a little less of a pain and add some counter play. (I'm looking at you point and click nukes, instant cast stuns and kits filled with mostly bland/uninteresting spells.))

P.S this is the first time i have actually made a poll so i might make a few mistakes here and there since i'm new to using the forums for my own use. Also i won't place champions that already have confirmed reworks on the poll.

P.P.S I have noticed that the limit on polls is 10 so i'm just going to place the top 10 champs that i personally think need a rework.

I believe Mordekaiser mainly because he's one of the first of many failed results of the roster updates and a full VGU of him would show that Riot will get to these champions again to give them the attention they deserve.

I think lulu (sh I'm allowed to be biased to my main) needs a minor rework and definitely a VU to fix that dead eyed stare she's got going on. even made a few posts about it in the past but got downvoted to oblivion.

Out of these ten: Teemo or Kayle. Mainly Kayle because I actually like her + Rito said they'd do Morgana with Kayle, so that's 2 reworks in one slot. Outside of that, Kayle's just SO binary with her game play. Get stomped and lose, or make it to a time stamp and you're literally unstoppable while you spam E. Kayle's game play is quite literally ridiculous in its feast/famine nature, and somehow she's played little enough that no one cares. REALLY? Kayle should have honestly been VGU'd before Evelynn if I'm being 100% real.

If I could choose, being biased: Sona, because the two attempts at making her a better character in the game have both done nothing to that end. Logistics of playing her makes her competitively not viable, and in solo queue people just do not know what you do and how outside of your Q and AA. Riot has been half-assing dealing with these clarity/game play issue fixes time and time again. I'd appreciate a whole-hearted attempt for once.

If I could choose, being objective: Kayle, for the reasons above, or one of the older enchanters (which could include Sona I guess), because in comparison to newer supports, old enchanter game play is stale. REALLY stale. It'd be great if a champ like Janna did more than just float in lane and shield all day. That's so fucking lazy.
