nerf: Leblanc (i bet nobody saw that coming) cho'gath (5k hp and still 400 ap? damn) AP ezreal (just his ap scalings) vi (just change her ult up a bit and verything is ok) urgot (plz make him uselesss again lol) riven (i think you all know what im talking about) vayne (...)

buff: ziggs (damn i miss the old ziggs) varus taric (damn, he's useless atm) karthus kalista skarner nunu

champions that i think are well balanced atm: teemo (yes im sorry, i hate him too) akali singed tristana zed sion soraka morgana graves sivir

that's it, i really want to hear your opinion

well i agree with someone those but the ones on the nerf list i mostly dont agree on i think those are just you base opinions but in reality those guys arnt really that strong mabye vi but thats it.
