buff: ziggs (damn i miss the old ziggs) varus taric (damn, he's useless atm) karthus kalista skarner nunu

champions that i think are well balanced atm: teemo (yes im sorry, i hate him too) akali singed tristana zed sion soraka morgana graves sivir
