You are a higher elo than me, but here's my 2-cents. All your supports appear to be engage tanks, add some utility supports to your pool. It's often better to let the jg and top tank so you can offer more utility to the team. Morgana, Lulu, Nami, and Soraka can be valuable assets.
Wards are your friend, and you as a support get the luxury of having 3/4 of them most of the time (since sightstone should be rushed on almost every support, with the possible exception of a tier 2 sup item). Constantly be looking at where enemies could potentially come from that might kill your adc, and try to have a ward in all of those places (sufficiently far out that you and your adc can react). Before laning phase ends that's most likely going to mean warding tribush and near dragon and probably one of the bot bushes, but after laning phase things get a lot more dynamic. Pay attention to dragon/baron timers too, and try to secure vision around a minute in advance where possible (ideally your adc is also going to be in that area in anticipation of the dragon so the wards are still keeping them safe).
Just because you have 3 wards down doesn't mean you shouldn't place more if you need vision somewhere. Also don't forget about pinks.
That can get you pretty far since it'll thwart most jg ganks, and give you the vision needed to know when you can safely engage.
Never forget that you're the support, and resist the urge to take kills/cs where possible. Secure them and last hit if another team member can't, but your champ should be chosen based on it's lack of need for gold, and so the gold is almost certainly better on others. Related, you should almost never be building damage, and you should probably be focusing primarily on items that benefit the team. Something like
is frequently regarded as pretty core on the majority of supports for example, as it gives the team an MR aura, and the ability to provide an aoe shield in teamfights which can be pretty impactful.
Once you have sightstone, you almost certainly want to get sweeper. Denying vision is almost as important as maintaining it, plus it can sometimes save your life if you activate it before facechecking a bush, as occasionally you'll see the outline of an ambush.
That's the main stuff true to almost every support off the top of my head. More specific tips would probably be champion specific.

Learn your positioning for each support you play
Ive seen quite a few utility supports get deleted for being to far ahead
Especially
Not sure if you ever counter pick their support, but that can be a really great strategy at lower elos
For tanky engage champs you heavily rely on your adc to follow up, make sure to communicate the best you can. Find out what kind of adc theyre before the game starts, Ive gone in only to get bitched out cause my adc just wants to farm for 30 mins
