Soraka get's drastically changed... for the worst
i have to land Q to get a cheap regen boost.... it's so risky and less rewarding...

ArlanKels1 votesI personally like it, it means you have to play an active part if you want to get something out of your lane. Instead of sitting back you're often more forward, poking and weaving in and out. Waiting for the right timing to harass their ADC or support.
Akasuisei1 votesI have been killing it with the new soraka: 8 games, 8 wins, 30+ assists in 4 of them and 6 S ranks.
the CD on the Q is so short, once you get 1 mana regen item, and its SO easy to zone the enemy away while your ADC farms. keey this up fro 5-8 min and its snowball to S rank after that.
