Why I believe this game needs a major overhaul on fairness

Ok I've been dealing with this nonsense in ranked matches for too long.. People use the word toxic so loosely and lost meaning at this point, riot doesn't do anything to fix this god awful match making system and tribunal. Just about every game I've played, I've had at least one or two hardcore trolls and I ignore them the moment they start talking shit. What's really aggravating is the fact that, when you have that one complete asshole spreading that negativity, it effects everyone and causes a bad game.. I get punished for dodging known trolls and I get punished for being forced into a match with people you know for a fact that are complete ignorant. That means I end up wasting +30 minutes of torture because people refuse to communicate or act like they're gods gift to League of Legends..

Another issue I have is the fact I get reported for verbal abuse when you actually read the chat logs, I'm defending myself and yet I get reported for either harassment or verbal abuse. The tribunal doesn't work. If it actually worked or if the match making worked, we wouldn't be feeling helpless when paired up with people that are complete assholes. I mean c'mon, why punish people hardcore when they dodge ques that they know that's not going to work out. I see one person I know for a fact that's trolling and I dodge to where I gotta wait 5 minutes, ok cool. But 30 minutes just because we dodged another for getting caught up in a group that's all "MID OR FEED" or whatever and end up having everyone rattled before the match even starts, it's ridiculous.. The tribunal needs major adjustments, the match making needs adjustments and the report system needs adjustments.

Tribunal is still down. Apparently they are "fixing" it, but it's turning as well as Riot's promises to make new lore for the game, zilch. Matchmaking has been always bs. Why hide MMR? People should be clarified where they exactly stand when they get matched with other players.

Does the game need an overhaul on fairness?? No, but i do think their matchmaking and report system is so full of flaws its ridiculous people are able to even use it.

Those are the things I'm also talking about in fairness, people get annoyed how trolls use the tribunal in their favor all because they felt like it and get their jollies.. I'm not alone in feeling this way cause I've had people talk to me on opposite teams saying the same thing about match making and dealing with the useless reports. Perfect Example: Code Satoshi is one of the players I've dealt with in ranked matches, that individual is that much of a negativity spreader to where me and two other people during que remembered and said what I was going to say.. "He KS's and talk shit throughout the whole game and if someone KS's him/her, they'll rage into trolling the team with intentional feeding" and it's a pain to deal with cause everyone goes on tilt and we get screwed over

We all get trolled, I don't see how you being the only one not getting trolled is fair, perhaps to you that concept works.
