Sooo i wanted to change the normal announcer to ahri announcer sounds.. is this allowed ?.to change this files? Or you can be banned for that?[sg-ahri-2]

Any changes to game files are ToS violation and you may be permanently banned sooner or later.

EDIT: I remember a case, where someone changed screen resolution to something like 21:9 and was banned. Or a case with custom skins replacing default skin.
