League of Shields

Why is Soraka not as much played as Janna and Lulu? Because of this. Grievous Wounds would be an amazing idea to counter shields like Janna and Lulu. Those champions are a huge pain to play against as an assassin. It's normal, I know but I think having something like that would be more balanced. It would be just like Soraka. Help us dealing with shields... Lulu and Janna(shielders) would be on equal terms with Soraka(healers) with that Grievous Wounds buff. They wouldn't become useless, but they would require better timing. I would be able to have a minimum of respect for them.
