Please check matchmaking

I just had a game with a lvl 7 summoner in my team who went support. They obviously didn't know what they were doing since they started attacking enemy opponents bot lane like there was no tomorrow. Ignore my pings get stunned and autoattacked to death by 2 lvl 30 players. Also the person by this time does not have any runes or masteries to take a few hits so it is pretty easy to get killed. This happened 5 times when obviously enemy was now fed after the first item and started snowballing hard. I have nothing against new/noob players since I was new once, I still am probably. But WHY OH WHY does matchmaking put them in a team where all people are over level 25. It's not fair and I'm sure it's not a pleasant experience for the new players. I have been getting this a lot lately, and I know lot's of you don't care about normals but I have to get my XP and IP from them and surrendering at 20 is not helping really...
