Not Getting Any Chests When I Earn An S- Or Higher
well I have got about t 10 s- or higher with champions in season 9 and it says I have 3 chests I can get but when I get these s- or higher I am not receiving chests please someone help

Kai Guy1 votesGo to your "collection" Tab in the lol client. Check the champions you have played. Does it say chest aqquired? If yes your gonna have to get an S with a different account. If no Try sending in a support ticket.

You don’t get chests if you’re dishonorable.
