Kha'zix

Is it just me, or is Kha'zix really broken? I mean his whole kit is designed to evolve, and he gets even stronger, so it's like going up against a lego character that's constantly getting blocks added to his kit. Early game you can't invade his jungle because he does so much dmg already, and once he gets strong enough to invade your jungle it's gg from there, because he'll kill almost anyone in 2 hits. is there anything riot can do to nerf him?
