why not just reduce the effectiveness of w's effect on phantom hit?
in fact phantom hit doesn't even apply to towers, it's basically just a huge fuck you to anyone who enjoyed playing ap xin zhao.

is just nuts, the heal is based off damage before mitigation and Vlad completely loves it since his bases are high.
Better nerf AP Xin because he heals too much.

Sire Hippington1 votesi played ap xin on pbe....i rerly don't understand the nerf. Yes his heal gets massive, but he has to cinsecutive land MELEE AAs for it, and by building ap he stays squishy and vulnerable to burst while his damage is rather low for an squishy built.
