That being said, what the actual [expletive] were you thinking when you made Sated Devourer Riot? The item itself may not entirely be OP, but one champion comes to mind that should be disabled until you change the item:
Having just played against one (a Sated Devourer Vayne), and having just seen her chunk a 500 Armor Malphite for nearly a third of his health after ~2 autos... what the ACTUAL [EXPLETIVE] were you thinking when you made this item???
