Is it better than the old draft mode? Sure is. No one complains about that.
You do realize they got rid of a part of the game (Team Builder) that I'm sure, statistically speaking, (it was more popular than they'd like to admit) this new "Dynamic Queue" Riot is forcing on everyone?
You also, have to realize probably 90% (probably more) are casual gamers who have a limited play time. Not everyone is a pro tier bronze player, because obviously you're going really far in life and I'm sure you just can't knock the ladies off of you fast enough once you show them your little bronze border. Most casual gamers honestly don't care about ranked nor do they want the unwanted stress and drama that comes with ranked.
Riot made up some stupid skewed numbers:
- TB had ridiculously long wait times? lol the longest I ever had to wait was 3 minutes.
- The "Dynamic Queue" has increased player participation and more games are being played? Well no shit, you took away TB.
Riot knows TB was way more popular than any other mode. That's the reason they got rid of it instead of Dominion, which no one plays. Because TB pretty much took away "their vision." Someone at Riot didn't like how popular it was, so they scrapped it, even though that was a game mode, THE PEOPLE, wanted and begged for, for a very long time.
So yes, the casual gamer (whom you should thank because they are the back bone of this game,) is pissed off because they want to play the game the way they want to play it, not how Riot tries to force the casual gamer to play exactly like pros.
