Why isn't there Ranked ARAM

As the title states, Why isn't there a Ranked ARAM? In my opinion I think it will be great, especially for those who mainly play ARAM...It gets kinda boring seeing the same champions in Ranked Summoners rift over and over, Its like " Oh Soraka is OP right now I'm gonna main her" And every game you see a Soraka...Its like, In the early days of League people would play as many champions as they could but now everyone just mains like three champions and dodge games cause someone instalocked their one-trick...Until the Urgot rework some people didn't even know what an Urgot was..I just feel that Ranked ARAM would (in a way) Make people actually learn how to play more than three champions without feeding and it would be exciting, not being able to pick Xin Zhao after playing him for 20 hours straight to get a champion like Xerath and actually test your skills as a player..(So Riot wouldn't have to rework champions for people to actually play them Aka Urgot, Galio and Warwick)..Who knows? maybe It could be as Popular as Ranked Summoners Rift..Wont know until you try right?..But this is just my Opinion, Just wanna see what others think about it

You'd see a rise in ARAM accounts and this toxic shit is the last thing we need.

Clearly Ranked would need a method to fix this. Unlock all champs or give everyone a selectable pool (sounds terrible).

No. There's no consistent result and a lot of the game's progress can be decided as early as champ select just based on how the cards fall. Even with operations in place to 'balance' the random, a lot of games would still end up in the typical poke vs no poke, aoe vs no aoe, cc vs no cc dichotomy of win-lose.

ARAM doesn't really need changes, and a ranked mode would serve virtually no purpose other than to split the queue (although it would take rank babbies out, thank the lord).

If ARAM needs a change, it's an addition to free week that's ARAM exclusive and pulls less common picks in so as to balance out 'ARAM accounts' and their shenanigans. Other than that, they've already tweaked a lot and they're some pretty scary tweaks (like Thresh souls).

If they made it so Aram's allowed the entire champion pool, even if you don't own them to be used then sure.
