New HUD update removed an important feature that Phreak knows about

In the new HUD update, the change-of-state notifier of people's stats being green when changed by runes or mysteries was taken out. Phreak inquirer about why people even cared about it on reddit, and the total upvotes in the response to him went well above 1000, incredibly in favour of keeping the green numbers. Phreak did not follow up on it after that, even with a number of requests for a follow up. The FAQ even explicitly states that nothing is being removed, even after Riot acknowledged the fact that something is being removed.

Either give a clear reasoning for deliberately removing this change-of-state notifier that was absent from any of the notes, and am end your FAQ, or reinstate this minor but important feature.
