Do you mean using Rumble or is that just a random champion face?
Briefly looking at your history:
You're 14-0 with Volibear with a KDA of 16. If you weren't getting boosted there (which would result in a ban) then you're good on that champion and should stick to him...
Now, given that you never played Volibear in S6 and you went on a gigantic winning streak with huge KDAs I'm going to do something most people probably wouldn't - I'll assume you were boosted (no point to waste time arguing) but still try to give you advice to climb.
First - stop playing ranked immediately. You will demote. It's quite clear that your skill level is below your rank (because you were boosted there) so you need to get to that skill level in order to win games there and not get demoted.
Now, go play normal draft to improve your game. It's impossible really to identify your weaknesses because they will all be distorted by the other player, but nonetheless general advice:
Play fewer champions, focus on getting good at those champions you do play. STOP playing Fizz entirely, he really doesn't work for you. Annie is a much better choice for you when you're mid lane, but in general mid lane may not be a good role for you.
Focus on NOT DYING. You die a lot in your losses. You play lane bullies without a great escape, so it's likely that you consistently overextend and get punished by their jungler. When you ward you need to ward much deeper (like near the exit from blue team's blue buff when you're red top lane) and react early enough to not die. You probably think you're losing due to your jungler/team being worse, but you need to understand that dying to the enemy jungler puts your entire team behind as their jungler is now snowballing and can gank other lanes more successfully.
CS better. A lot better. At that elo you don't need to get kills to win. You'll get a 30+ cs advantage from just being a better last hitter which equates to 2 kills and will let you snowball.
Ward more, especially mid/late. Vision will protect your team from their plays, and let you set up plays in their jungle.
Be proactive rather than reactive. Set up plays. Camp bushes to get a pick. Be aware of where they'll want to ward and wait to get a pick there. When ahead force objectives (turret/baron) and when behind focus on finding picks and avoiding fights (trade objectives whenever possible, they take bot turret you take top, etc..).
There's more, but there are plenty of guides.
