Add a new temp ban for leavers

4 days for the 4 team-mate's time you just wasted, yea I think that's fking fair. If you gotta a appointment to get to then don't play LOL, you know how long a game can stretch to you dick! If you have a shitty internet, then don't play ranked league! it's a team game, which means you just wasted over 20mins out 4 other people's lives, stick with normal where people don't give a fk.
