Why are you allowed to constantly spam FF in 1 game. Over and over again these people spam FF when they're allowed to. It's quite literally the most annoying thing ever. When you're in a team fight and the person dies he does /ff and a giant surrender box appears on the side of your screen. They need to increase the time limit that people are allowed to use FF if they abuse it.

redniwediS1 votesI say decrease the time between surrender votes but increase the time for each individual player, relative to where it is now.
Basically one person voting repeatedly will take longer, but if a team decides not to surrender, has a horribly lost team fight, and decides they actually do want to surrender someone else can start the vote.
