Swain Yorick Nasus Warwick Tryndamere Trundle Vladimir there's quite a few that can take the cake here..

Aatrox Irelia XinZhao Udyr LeeSin (effective use of lee's w can lifesteal a lot same for udyr's turtle)

Isn't it funny how the two champions designed for that, Aatrox and Warwick , aren't even the best in that field?

Imo Irelia sustain goes largely unnoticed by most players during the laning phase

Trundle always fun to kill a tower without minions taking damage, then healing up of the next minion wave in 2 hits.

Or not fun, if you're the support trying to stop him.
