Why does Zoe's w gets free damage?
All you can get is just a free spell that someone use and of course more damage so using them really just punish you. Espically

Literally every other mage has a damaging ability on that slot except for her. She cannot use it unless she picks up a sum.
The only reason people think she's broken is because ignite is broken.
