I have an Idea to fix ranked and get rid of trolls

So I've been playing lol for about 2 1/2 years now, and bronze rank to me is like Russian roulette, How you beat bronze games is you pray that the troll doesn't end up on your team, or afk guy, or the guy that talks shit to his entire team when he's doing just as bad. If you don't get trolls then the other team most likely gets the troll. I have never seen a bronze game where either team was actually more skilled then the other (till I hit silver but even then), It was either you had the troll or you didn't. I know for a fact that there are hundreds of other people that are actually really good at league but can't get out of bronze due to bad luck with constant trolls. The report system is a good idea but the only people that report mainly are the people who had the troll on there team and the troll himself will probably report his team for reporting him, rarely will the enemy team actually report the troll on there team. So I was thinking maybe with the new grading thing, if you got above C+, but your team lost you would still get a little LP and not lose any, this way even if there was a troll you would still make your way up the leader boards and not get demoted, but I also know that would make ranking up a lot easier then LCS would last a year, so I was thinking the grade LP would stop at gold V so then you can get to a decent rank and actually play a regular ranked game without any trolls, and actually play ranked instead of Russian roulette.
