Pick rate is not relevant when winrates are at the actual bottom of the champion pool.

Okay. So by your logic winrates and pick rates matter on no champions because they aren’t the same.
So how does one determine if something is weak or strong then? Fefes?
Considering the number of games played per day. Even a 0.01% pick rate will equate to around 1000+ games on that champion. Which is more than enough to consider their winrates to lose discrepancy by first timers and one tricks.

Plat plus is the top 10% of players in a game with tens of millions of players.

Point is, Ezreal is the second worst adc in the game by winrate. And that’s not entirely due to “first timers” as you put it.
