Rubbish. Karthus in an incredibly strong champion that has always been consistently strong. Even with redemption, locket, Maw, edge of night, zhonyas, he still has one of the highest winrates and is one of the top 10 mid laners list. You may find his gameplay boring but just cause a champion isn't mechanically intensive doesn't mean it need to be reworked. There is a still a lot of thought that goes into him and a lot to keep track off 2-3 successful ults that break the game wide open (not just last hit, but literally break the game with deaths happening all over the map turning into objectives that can't be contested)
