allowing spell shield to block parrrley but keeping the weaknesses is stupid.

this is such a big inconvenience to on hit champs, especially gangplank since his only ability is an on hit ability. spell shields will block them now but they don't apply spell damage, they still get reduced damage from armor boots and other defense items that affect basic attacks, and stuff like pantheon shield still blocks it like a basic attack. i think riot is set on nerfing gangplank into the worst champion in the game. his ult slow is practically useless now and the little extra damage he got recently doesnt make up for it. removing atma's completely killed critplank imo since hes way harder to build as a bruiser without it so critplank is too squishy now. laning sucks because its hard to clear waves until you get tiamat. now parrrley and other on hit abilities get blocked by spell shield. make up your mind riot are on hit abilities spells or not spell.
