it might just be me but i see nasus pick up a sheen and be able to trade very well with most champs while having good sustain with his passive he gets pretty strong early and even better late game he is probably the best split push champion right now but thats just my opinion on it take it or whatever lol

Also his Q permanently stacks added damage everytime he last hits a minion, making it even easier to overpower the trades between the 2 laners. You might know this already, but Idk because I can't tell whether this post is a clickbait or you really need help here
He's felt strong lately yes, even before the runes. Getting the 45% cdr at 12min with a sheen made him able to fight very heavily in lane
Even when using champs like darius he can fight and deal damage with little stacks
